Liberty Baptist Church is an Independent, King James Bible church in Lake, Michigan. We sing the old hymns, preach the whole counsel of God, and make room for families of every season — from the young parent holding a fussy baby to the neighbor walking in for the very first time.

Pastor Ross accepted Christ as a young boy and sensed a call to ministry at thirteen. He trained at Midstate Baptist Bible Institute and was ordained in 2016.
After four years serving as an Assistant Pastor, he came to Liberty Baptist in May 2021. Today he and his wife Tayler are raising their four children — Doyle IV, Vera, Kezia, and Boaz — alongside the Liberty church family.

The 66 books of Scripture are the inspired, inerrant word of God — preserved for us today in the King James Version.
One eternal, self-existent God, revealed in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Virgin-born, fully God and fully man, sinless, crucified for our sins, risen from the dead — the only Saviour.
Every person is a sinner by birth and by choice. Christ's substitutionary death is God's one remedy, received by grace through faith.
A local body of baptized believers united for worship, fellowship, the ordinances, and the Great Commission.
The pre-tribulational rapture of believers, a literal thousand-year reign of Christ, and the final judgment.
